CNA Class 72 (ELS 43 Weekend)

Start of Lab/Clinicals Class 72 (Read All - Documents Attached Below)

Reminder:  @Everyone Your Lab class will begin on Saturday, 01/03/26 for 8 am at MJ Nursing ATI, with Clinicals following on Saturday, 01/11/26. This will be the start of in-person learning. Please arrive 5-10 mins early to sign in.  

For both classes, you will need to wear scrubs and your name badges. You will receive your name badges on the first day of Lab. If you haven't received your scrubs yet, please come to the school to purchase them before Lab begins or place an order through the Webstore.

Note: We are currently out of stock for size Medium scrubs.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: If you have not submitted the following paperwork, please do so as soon as possible so that you can participate in Lab and Clinicals. The following items are required:

• Proof of Insurance

• Physical form filled out by Physician

• TB Screening

Attached below are the instructions for obtaining NSO Insurance, and the form for your Physical if needed.
