CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT PROGRAM

The primary objective of the CNA program is to provide students with hands-on training necessary to offer higher quality care to patients, while working alongside other qualified healthcare professionals. The course offers training in skilled nursing facilities and students divide their time between classroom and laboratory instruction. This course will prepare students to take the California State Board Exam and students who successfully pass the exam will become certified by the State of California.

WEEKDAY CLASSES:     MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Theory: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Skills Lab: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Clinical: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

WEEKEND CLASSES:   SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

Theory: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Skills Lab: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Clinical: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

ONLINE CLASSES VIA ZOOM: 

WEEKDAY CLASSES:  MONDAY - FRIDAY

Theory:  8:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

Clinical: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

WEEKEND CLASSES:  SATURDAY & SUNDAY

Theory:  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Clinical: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

STEPS TO APPLY:

1. Apply online - Under the Online Contact Form

2. You will be contacted to come to the office and fill out the necessary paperwork. Please allow 45 minutes to fill out the paperwork.   

Registration  fee is $250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE

3. Pay tuition - $1,150.00. All Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of class or you may ask about our payment plan options.

4. Credit or Debit Card (There is a 5% Processing Fee)

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS 

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years of age in the State of California to be certified, and must submit an application before the first day of class
  • Diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Applicants must present a California ID and social security card upon submitting an application
  • Live scan must be submitted upon enrollment (applicants must not have a criminal background)
  • Tuberculosis (TB) skin test must be completed 90 days prior to the date of the first clinical experience (if skin test is positive a chest x-ray must be taken)
  • Physical examination within 1 year prior to patient contact
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Must sign student agreement enrollment form
  • Computer, or mobile device, capable of running Canvas and Zoom
  • Computer or mobile device must have a camera and a microphone
  • Must be Covid-19 vaccinated and boosted.

Registration (Enrollment) NON-Refundable fee: $250

**Tuition fee does not include books, uniform, Board Exam, or malpractice insurance.**

 Payments must be made prior to orientation.
